In addition, to fly my KAP kite and rig I also brought a bag full of other kites. And with somewhat higher winds, the conditions suited my Skiron well. Although in it’s lower wind range it flies well, aided by the additional vertical thin carbon fibre rods fitted into pockets at the back of the sail.
To reduce sail flutter I experimented with these rods and surely they minimized the flutter. They also gave the kite more stability, especially in inversed hovering and reversed flight.
