One again I had a couple of hours to spare. And what's better than to spend it on a beach flying kites?!
When the wind suddenly rose from almost nothing to 5, 6 or even 7m/sec in one minute, it was time to bring out the Skiron!
Or Calm Before the Storm if you like, because less than an hour after I shot this video the thunderstorm stroke!
The last day before the weather is going to change. Better spend an hour or two on the beach flying!
It had been windy all day. I didn't get the chance to fly until late and the wind had died down.
Today Plan A was to shoot some footage for another tutorial. That was not to happen.
Actually my plan was to shoot some video for a new tutorial, but as the wind died down, I changed my mind.
They don't come often, but sometimes, when everything just clicks... the elements, the kite and yourself become one. Yesterday was like that!
Now when the first Zaephay (finally) is completed, I'd like to share a few specs with you all.
Purple is the colour of one of the wing halves of my Zaephay. It's also the title of my latest upload to my YouTube Channel.
Yesterday evening was good. Low winds coming from the north east and despite somewhat offshore, it set the scene for some Zaephay Zen Moments.
