Using KAP for filming yourself flying another kite is quite interesting. And it's actually not too difficult either!
I designed the Skiron for flying in higher winds. Today was such a day!
The winds were supposed to be perfect for my medium sized Rokkaku to lift the KAP-rig today. So I went to the beach with a plan of shooting some great photos!
Everything was ready to go, the kite, the rig, the video camera ... but I'd forgotten the memory card for the camera at home. Had to go for Plan B.
Very windy today, and perhaps it was a little too much. Nevertheless I got a few really nice shots from up above!
